Chicken and Ribs

Cooked 2 racks of baby back ribs and a boiler size chicken in the Bit Barrel Cooker.
Salted ribs and chicken
Dry rubbed with Memphis Dust
Hit the smoker at 3pm.
Chicken came out around 5.  It was done 165 breast/ 178 thigh.
Ribs stalled around 5:30 at around 170.
6:39 PM, 180F
Came out about 7:30.  Ribs had pulled back a good half inch.  Probably a little overdone.  Next time might consider 180 done.
Glazed on the hot gas grill for a few minutes.
Eating they were pretty good, if a little overcooked.
